While writing his sanity defense, known as his Magnum Opus on these pages, Ben Salmon had use of a Douay-Rheims Bible which was in use in the Catholic Church at that time. He must have been somewhat familiar with the Bible before he began typing because he used many biblical quotes and references throughout the 229 pages and 130,000+ words and finished the manuscript in about a month. The extent of the references Ben used against violence and killing is to be found in a list recently compiled by Mark Scibilia-Carver, a link to which can be found on the Magnum Opus page. The list is also presented here to encourage reading of the Magnum Opus. There may be mistakes in the list or omissions and we would be happy to hear from anyone finding such errors. As a reward we can offer the fame and notoriety that will come your way when your name and talents are displayed on these pages. Happy hunting!
